Can it really be that easy? Who would believe that buying a new car could be that easy. Sales Rep Fred Fogel demonstrated superior experience with customer service. Customer Service at its Best!!! I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Brewster Subaru in NY. I normally don't take the time to write a review, but in this instance, I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Brewster Subaru in NY. I normally don't take the time to write a review, but in this instance, I felt compelled. Having time to reflect on my buying experience, I realized over the 8 cars I've purchased in my lifetime, I have never felt so happy and comfortable with the process. I can honestly say, the staff, leadership, and quality of the office space and environment, is second to none. Nelson, the General Manager, is the real deal when it comes to professionalism, creativity, patience and first class service. The quality of a Subaru can sell itself, but it's the staff, process, and buying experience that makes all of the difference. Patrick Larson, sales manager, introduced me to Mitch Pollak - salesman with the dealership. I found the car I wanted. worked a very competitive deal with Mitch and Patrick and had the deal done within 45 minutes. Great dealership, professional staff, and competitive pricing.
