Friendly, pressure free experience Our buying experience was truly exceptional from the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted with warm welcoming smiles from the Brewster Subar Our buying experience was truly exceptional from the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted with warm welcoming smiles from the Brewster Subaru team. Our salesman Mitchell Pollak, was very knowledgeable on all the features and abilities of the Subaru model we were looking to purchase. The entire process was stress free with no pressure sales tactics, we really value their honesty and being up front during the whole process. Their price quote was fair and reasonable. The entire Brewster Subaru team from Manager Nelson Demelo, Patrick Larson, Mitchell Pollak and Rich Johnson all made our buying experience very enjoyable and hassle free ( this was our third car purchase from Brewster Subaru), they made us feel like we were a family members during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Brewster Subaru. More

Though I looked at various dealers After having bought my first new car from Brewster Subaru in 2013 I was in need of a used vehicle this time around. Though I looked at various dealers, I kept coming back to the Brewster Suburu website because I'd had such a good experience the first time. I've never worked with the same people twice, but every one I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and willing to work with the knowledge that I have without making me feel minimized or like my questions were anything less than good. Follow up was consistent but not pushy, which was greatly appreciated. Even the vibe in the showroom is cheerful and welcoming - the team clearly gets along well and their banter makes the place feel comfortable. More

We had requested a We purchased a Subaru Forester as part of the Presidents Day Sale and were extremely happy with the process from start to finish. We had requested a quote via email for a particular vehicle and received a response within minutes with a quote that was extremely competitive. When I went later that day to the dealership, I met with Robyn who was professional and efficient. She had my trade-in appraised and came back with another very fair and competitive offer. There was absolutely no haggling - everything was clearly communicated and we were very happy with the cost of our new Subaru (compared to other dealers in the area). Picking up the car was just as easy. Robyn had everything ready to go and reviewed all the features of our new car thoroughly, and Patrick who handled our financing and paperwork, was also a pleasure to deal with. By far one of the most personal, professional and fair car buying experience we have had in 30 plus years of buying cars. More

Repeat Customer w/Robyn I got my first Subaru three years ago. Of course I had shopped around for the best deal at the time, and wound up with Robyn at Brewster Subaru. Howev I got my first Subaru three years ago. Of course I had shopped around for the best deal at the time, and wound up with Robyn at Brewster Subaru. However, when that lease was up and I decided I wanted another Subaru, I didn't bother shopping around this time, I went straight back to Robyn. She had given me the best deal the first time around, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable that I only wanted to work with her the second time. Once again, Robyn provided exceptional service, worked out a great deal for me, and had me in a new vehicle within a week. Easy breezy, no snags or hold-ups, no "bait and switch" that you see at so many dealerships, and just an all-around great experience. If I go for Subaru #3 when this lease is up, you can be sure Robyn will be my first call. More

My husband and I already knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in which made the process fairly seamless but we also would have walked it we didn't like the people. Anthony and Rich made sure we new all our options but never pushed anything on us. Anthony even stayed with us well past closing to make sure we understood all the features of our new car. He far exceeded our expectations. I never met Joe but I work with his mom and he gave me additional info that helped me decide to buy a extra features before finalizing the sale with Rich. One could argue that Subarus sell themselves in the NE but these guys made me enjoy the process. More

Easy and Pleasant I purchased my last car 10 years ago and must say I was not looking forward to the "hassle" again. However, both my husband and I were totally amazed I purchased my last car 10 years ago and must say I was not looking forward to the "hassle" again. However, both my husband and I were totally amazed how easy and pleasant our experience was at this dealership. After initially communicating online with Kristen we set up an appointment and, although it was an extremely busy Saturday, she was able to accommodate us with a test drive, pricing out the lease and a trade-in on my old car in less than an hour! We returned a few days later to pick up the new Forester and met with Rich who was extremely proficient and pleasant in explaining all the paperwork. No "hassle" whatsoever!! Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family interested in buying a Subaru. More
