He took the time on a Friday night before a Holiday weekend to go over in detail the important aspects of my new Subaru. Not only is Rich thorough and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, he is also very knowledgeable about Amtrak trains. Yes, you read that right. While meeting with Rich, my son texted me to let me know he missed his train home from college. Rich was happy to turn the meeting from business at hand to helping my son get home. Lucky for me, Rich is an expert at cars and trains. I will never go anywhere else to purchase my next Subaru. More

This was the best decision I could have made as part of my car buying experience. Anthony Pilla is not just a salesman, by the end of the purchase, he was like He was family. He is very friendly and genuine and was not pushy at all. After meeting Anthony, I could not imagine buying a car from anywhere else. When I picked up the car, Rich Johnson in financing was also great. Both Anthony and Rich made my car buying experience as easy as one could hope for. Overall, everyone that works at Brewster Subaru was incredibly friendly and knew me by name but Anthony is the best! More

The Best Car-Buying Experience in the Country From the moment I walked into Brewster Subaru, I was received by Roy Schiller who instantly made the car-buying experience a friendly, low pressure en From the moment I walked into Brewster Subaru, I was received by Roy Schiller who instantly made the car-buying experience a friendly, low pressure environment. After looking over my budget and doing a test drive in a new vehicle, Roy told me to take some time to make a decision and if I had decided to pick a vehicle, he'd be there to assist me through every step of the way. A couple days later, I called Roy and gave him the good news; I wanted a brand new Subaru. The car was shipped from another dealership a couple of hours away and I was to pick it up the very next day. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Roy pulled me aside to show me a flaw on the car I may not have noticed until after I left the lot. This flaw which occurred while the vehicle was at the previous dealership was more than enough for me to decide I'd need a different car. Although this car in this color with these particular features was incredibly rare (not another was for sale in the country at the time), Roy and General Manager, Nelson Demelo, made it right. Roy and Nelson sat down with me for over an hour to help weigh my options and worked endlessly to give me a deal on a brand new car that was even more than I could have asked for in the first place. The transparency, honesty, integrity, and authenticity of Roy, Nelson, and all of those at Brewster Subaru is the reason my family has purchased 4 Subarus from Brewster Subaru. Not anywhere else in the country will you find a dealership which takes you in and treats you like family from day number one. From a car buying experience which could have ended with complete distaste and dissatisfaction ended with my expectations being far exceeded. Roy Schiller and Nelson Demelo far exceeded each and every one of my expectations and I now feel like I gained new family members. Thank you to everyone at Brewster Subaru for making my car-buying experience the best yet! More

He pointed out the various options available and let us decide what’s best for us without pressuring on what to add.I would definitely recommend Brewster Subaru to people I know in the future. I would also recommend they use Mitch as their salesman. More

But, when I walked into Brewster Subaru I was immediately greeted by Patrick (Sales Manager) who then introduced me to Robyn Rey. It only got better from there! Robyn took the initiative to suggest a model that would be compatible to what I already owned. We test drove the Forester, but after much thought, contacted Robyn to see if I could test drive the Crosstrek. I knew that was the Subaru for me. Robyn was wonderful in finding the model, color, etc. that I wanted. I can't say enough about Robyn. Her personality wins you right over! She made the whole buying experience so easy!! I will recommend Robyn to everyone who wants to purchase a Subaru. More
