It was--and the needed part was available--and the repair was made right then. Further, there was no labor charge since the handle had pulled out during regular use. That is conscientious service! Very friendly and accomodating! These guys are super friendly! I needed my oil changed and a code read from the diagnostics. I brought my 13 month old lil girl with me.
