Biggest problem with this and all dealerships is endless hours of negotiating and paperwork. Pretty much makes car buying a miserable experience no matter where you go. Compared to other dealers these guys kept the BS factor relatively low which is probably why I ended up buying the car. More

Helped me out/Fit me in I had an oil change and snows swapped for summer tires on Tuesday. Wednesday, the next day, the right front was very low, obviously leaking. Thinking I had an oil change and snows swapped for summer tires on Tuesday. Wednesday, the next day, the right front was very low, obviously leaking. Thinking that something might have gone awry with the work that had just been done the day before, I called and was put in immediately. Turns out that the tire had a 3 inch screw into it, nothing to do with the work from the day before; it was repaired in short order, and I was now safely on my way. Really great staff that help out in real time when a problem arises. Thank you to everyone at Brattleboro Subaru! More
