Purchased crosstrek I went to Brattleboro Subaru because I was looking to trade my Forester in for either a crosstrek or outback. My sales associate was Zack. Zack did call me when he located one and instead of me driving back to Vermont, he had a runner deliver the car to me. More
We Feel Good About The Process and Our Purchase We just recently purchased a new Outback. We preferred the 3.6 engine and there were only a few models available in our area so we did contact Brattl We just recently purchased a new Outback. We preferred the 3.6 engine and there were only a few models available in our area so we did contact Brattleboro Subaru even though they are located 70 miles from home. We started with email and unlike some other dealerships there was no push for a phone contact or "must come in" to see what they could do. Marie wrote back and said they had a new 2018 and she told me an amount they would take off the MSRP for starters and would work from that amount.. A 2019 was available but they would not be able to reduce it as much. All straightforward answers to my questions. There was no pressure to come in or even to call. It was worth a drive over. The car was what we wanted in a very nice color, We ended up spending a bit more than we had hoped, but after the process and before we signed anything, my wife and I both felt we had done as well as we could for the vehicle we were purchasing and that the dealership had made a reasonable and fair profit. It was a pleasant experience and we are quite satisfied. More

Mike was a pleasure. Most recently John S called and left me 2 message about the issue below after I left a bad review. I called him back and dropped the call while chatting. I then called 2x more including a voicemail again today. This dealership LIED when I posted a review on google that was negative. They stated they called me and the whole thing was a “simple confusion”. THAT is a lie and they are again lying. >>Buyer beware!! Issue: July I reached out 4-5x via email to the sales consultant Russ. All about the glass coat claim process as sap basically ate through the clear coat. I was asking about how to make a claim. I then said I would drive an hour over to the dealership so they can view. Upon arrival he acted bothered, annoyed and was of NO help. He had no idea how to file a claim. Ultimately I had to figure it out myself. Point: they care about the SALE not the SERVICE. All facts. More
Quickly solved a misunderstanding to my great satisfaction. Despite purchasing cars in the past, since moving to Vt., I have leased as I don't drive that much and it is easier to afford. However, when I turned in one car to lease another, my lack of knowledge of leasing led to a misunderstanding with Subaru Finance. When I contacted Brattleboro Subaru, they quickly responding, contacting Subaru, and within a week, my problem was resolved, including a loyalty check! We love Subaru cars, but will definitely be getting them from Brattleboro in the future. They treated me with respect, as opposed to in the past, as an intelligent woman. More
