Billy was about to leave on vacation but he took care of everything beforehand so the process went smoothly. John McLean was absolutely wonderful-- knowledgeable and helpful throughout. John arranged it so there was literally nothing I had to do other than sign the appropriate papers when I came back to pick up the car. I don't know if leasing a car would be considered a delightful experience but this really was! I'll travel from Manchester for service here as opposed to going to Bennington because this dealership treats its customers with care, respect and honesty. Thanks again, John- and Billy too! More
