Took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush. I could tell that salespeople were friendly, but my service advisor(James C) is far from it. I knew what needed to be done; when I asked for a quo I could tell that salespeople were friendly, but my service advisor(James C) is far from it. I knew what needed to be done; when I asked for a quote before authorizing the work, it was as if I asked him for a considerable favor. When the car came back, I wanted to confirm the correct amount was charged; the service advisor was not happy about me taking time to verify all the numbers before payment. Forget about Welcome; how is your day or Have a nice day. Considering they are not the cheapest and customer service is poor, I will be looking for a better location to service my car. More
