Went for check engine light and recall on hitch. Checked in at a few minutes after 10 and didn't get my car until nearly 3:30. The car sat to be inspected for over 3 hours. When I paid the bill, the labor charge was over $500. I'm having the bill reviewed to request a refund on some of the labor costs. The dealer I take the car to normally was unable to get me scheduled soon enough due to the engine light problem. What a mistake I made going to this dealer. Totally unacceptable service and charge.
