I had an appointment for 9:30 am for an Oil Change. I waited in the drive in area for 10 minutes before a service advisor came out to see what I wanted. They took my SUV and told me to go. To the wai I waited in the drive in area for 10 minutes before a service advisor came out to see what I wanted. They took my SUV and told me to go. To the waiting room. After 2 hours I went to the service advisor Donnie and asked him to check on my car. He said it usually takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. I said it was 2 hour’s already He went to the service area and then they changed the oil and filter. I waited Two and a Half hours for a simple oil change. That is terrible service as far as I am concerned. More
I waited 3 hours at the dealership after making an appointment for my mandatory safety recall. I was offered a simple diagnosis for another issue for almost $200. They ended up not even having the par appointment for my mandatory safety recall. I was offered a simple diagnosis for another issue for almost $200. They ended up not even having the part for my recall so I’ll have to reschedule at a later date. 3 hours for an oil change and I wasn’t told the recall fix wasn’t done until i had gotten my receipt as I was leaving the dealership.
