I just by chance dropped by Brandon and had a new Ford F150 within an hour after we decided. That dealer simply gets it. Very fast, the sales team knew their inventory, and we were not stuck watching someone fumble through a website looking for what vehicles they had nor did they push what we did not want. The offers and counter offers were so fast my wife and i could not finish our discussion on the previous offer. The financing meeting was fast and I was in my new truck heading home within two hours after driving on their lot. Most importantly, no games were played and of course they hit my pricing level. I worked for two weeks combing through dealers and getting vehicles lined up and each dealer, 5 in all, failed to live up to their promise. It was by luck I happened to drop by Brandon Ford, but wow, glad I did. If you don't have the time or patience for the typical car buying BS, Brandon needs to be your first dealer. Go there! More
Salesman gave misleading information. "Unethical" I purchased a very nice 2012 FX4 on September 2, 2015. The vehicle had a 4" lift when I asked the salesperson about the lift he said, "They (Brandon I purchased a very nice 2012 FX4 on September 2, 2015. The vehicle had a 4" lift when I asked the salesperson about the lift he said, "They (Brandon Ford) had installed the lift, and aftermarket wheels and tires". I purchased the vehicle with the understanding that Brandon Ford had performed the work. The salesperson instructed me to ask for a copy of the service invoice when I brought the truck in to have some minor issues resolved. That is when a service manager told me that Brandon Ford did NOT do the work to the vehicle; they took the vehicle in trade like that. When you spend 36K for a used truck, I would encourage the sales staff to know what they are selling and not to give misleading information to the customer. The frustrating part is that they acknowledged the error and do not have any plans to resolve it. Do not make the same mistake I did by trusting your salesperson; make him/her show you in writing. After contacting a manager and conveying my concern about the Ford Extended Warranty that I purchased, unfortunately he was of no help. Verbally telling me "If something happens they will take care of it." At this point, I have zero confidence with this dealership. A very good friend sent me to Brandon Ford. Not what I had hoped for when driving over 53 miles to Brandon Ford. I have owned Ford Trucks for over 35 years and have dealt with many dealerships/salesmen; this experience is by far the most unethical dealership I have dealt with. More

Awful service. Crooks. Went in for new battery. Was told my check engine light was on when I dropped it off (it was NOT on). Told my car needed a new throttle body that woul Went in for new battery. Was told my check engine light was on when I dropped it off (it was NOT on). Told my car needed a new throttle body that would cost over $600. When I looked it up online, the throttle body for my model was a known issue. Ford issued a Customer Satisfaction (not a full recall) and fixed the issue for free. When I told that to the service guy, he just said there was no recall. Also said my car was not safe to drive and I basically had no choice to have it fixed....again, my car was running just fine with the exception of the battery. I took my car there because it is located near my work, but will take my car to Veterans Ford in the future....at least they have been fair. More
