There is nothing you can do to correct the current situation or any past ones either. Other than isolated times, I have not had many exceptional Braman experiences, except your "Track Days", Danny. I will be happy to share after the current problem is resolved by the employees responsible as I do not wish to tender any bad relationships with service people at Braman while my current car is in your hands.

Yes, Danny it is Larry Brachfeld and will call you soon, but do feel that the current situation is handled and I am waiting for a a job to be finished and promises to be kept. My issues with Braman started long ago and Steve Grossman kept me as a customer the last go-round by personally taking over for a sales associate who just didn't show up one day last year.This was just one of many bad experiences I have had with Braman and yes, many others were good, but rarely excellent. I have normal expectations for people and Braman has some exceptional ones like you and I am thankful for that.
