After 7 years and 100,000+ miles it was time for a new Mini convertible. Gary Rockoff made the process easy to buy the 2012 version of what we had before in our 2005. Salesperson very friendly, told be many times about their customer satisfaction rating. I bought a used 2011 VW TDI Sportwagen in January 2012. The only issue I had during the purchase was the lack of a seco customer satisfaction rating. I bought a used 2011 VW TDI Sportwagen in January 2012. The only issue I had during the purchase was the lack of a second key/remote fob. Gary checked with the salesman that took the car in trade who indicated the previous owner had the key and he would call them to ensure they were dropping it off at the dealership. After many calls to Gary(each time he indicated he would check on the key and call me back) none of the calls were returned. I called the sales manager(got voice mail), left a message which was not returned. The bottom line is they act like any other car dealer, don't buy the car unless you have all your concerns met. I brought my Mini Cooper S into Braman West Palm Beach dealership for a water pump on turbo charger recall...and here was the start of a nightmare. 3rd day after the recall was done I experienced my mini dealership for a water pump on turbo charger recall...and here was the start of a nightmare. 3rd day after the recall was done I experienced my mini driving rough and check engine warning appeared. I asked my husband to check under the hood and of course most of the coolant was missing.(I never had coolant leaks prior recall was done on my car) I called Braman with my problem and they told me to bring the car for inspection. Next day I got a list of problems and outrageous $2800 bill. The car was leaking cooling fluid from main water pump and hoses. It was the biggest mistake to bring my healthy car for a recall and get all these problems the 3rd day after Braman mechanics worked on my car. Now I have to put a 1/4 of coolant every morning to go to work. Braman told me they weren't going to do anything about it and I have to fix Braman mechanic screw ups on my own. I also have some facts how people bring their BMWs for a oil change and after a week they have major engine oil leaks costing owners thousands of dollars to fix the issue. This message is to warn consumers and the public to think twice before bringing their cars to this institution called BRAMAN STEALERSHIP!!!!!! Very angry consumer. More

I stopped by Braman Mini in West Palm, to gather information on a new Mini Countryman. I was met by a Client Advisor named Neil Vota. I returned the next day, 5th of February and drove the Mini and purchased the Mini Cooper Countryman from Neil Vota. In the past 30 years of buying cars,I have not encountered a car salesperson like Neil. Neil was down to earth, a true gentleman who did not pressure you into a car that you could not afford. He was knowledgeable, confident, understanding, funny, and comfortable. He made the process of leasing my new Mini great. The other fabulous person at the dealership was John Jenkins in Finance. He made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and the leasing relationship. He never rushed me, but made me feel like I was the only person he was working with that day. More
