I was shown all the models of cars and the differences of the 5 cars i was interested in were shown to me side by side so it was easy to compare. These were e-mailed to me by Deb and this made it easier to make my selection. This service I believe was above and beyond what most sales persons would do. I was treated with respect by the entire staff at Braman. My experience the next day at a VW dealership down the street was horrible. No sales person wanted to assist me. Finally one guy came and he passed me off to another guy and then I was passed off to yet another guy just trying to test drive a car. The atmosphere at Braman made me feel like I would want to bring my car in for service and a place I would want to give my business to. 10 stars out of 10 stars for my entire experience at Braman Mini.
