Mark always takes my calls and is always watching out for a great lease deal for me when it's time to trade out. He is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the technology in them. He even takes the time to get me set up with On-Star and Apple Car Play, (I am technology challenged at times). I am always telling people about my experiences with Boyd Automotive and I always deal with only their service department no matter what I need. This is a great company. More

Superb customer experience This car purchase started with just wanting to sit in the Chevy Bolt EV. Many reviews rated the seats uncomfortable, so we wanted to find out for ours This car purchase started with just wanting to sit in the Chevy Bolt EV. Many reviews rated the seats uncomfortable, so we wanted to find out for ourselves. Kam came out to greet us, and he was very knowledgeable and after a short test drive he was able to go through many of the features on the Chevy Bolt. We wanted to try a longer test drive the next week and Kam was able to arrange an overnight test. Kam had a family function to attend so he asked Manny to take care of us in his absence. After the overnight test drive, we ended up purchasing the car the next day! This was on a Friday and we received a message we missed getting some paperwork done and I went by the dealership after work on Monday. Kam had returned and helped getting the paperwork completed, and he also helped setup OnStar for us. My personal opinion is Kam has very good knowledge about the car and his customer care is great. If you need a car, I would highly recommend Boyd Automotive. More

Boyd goes the extra Mile The CT6 Super Cruise that I wanted was not in stock and the could not be ordered from the factory as they were no longer building 2019 vehicles. Boyd found an exact match at a Winston-Salem dealer and had it ready for purchase in just ONE day. The day after they called, I was driving my new 2019 CT6 Super Cruise and it is just fabulous. All this and Boyd gave me the full Kelly Blue Book value on my trade-in. They have the purchase process down to a science - took care of all the paper work in minutes.
