Darlene was a pleasure to work with. I do not like her shopping however Darlene made it a wonderful experience. Her welcoming personality made me feel as if I had known her for years! Honestly I wanted to rate it a 1 or 0. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for my oil change and rear wiper replacement. I was there for well over 2 hours. I didn't rece I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for my oil change and rear wiper replacement. I was there for well over 2 hours. I didn't receive my full inspection report (which should be standard practice), my maintenance light wasn't turned off after the service was complete, and I had asked for my rear wiper blade to be replaced and then they told me that the arm was broken (when it was working just fine before I brought my car in). Now my rear wiper doesn't make contact with my rear window which it did before I dropped the car off for service. Very disappointing! I also think I was charged sales tax for my oil change which should have been covered in my free service. I would like these issues resolved with management, I just haven't had time to call to discuss it. More
We recently had a terrible experience with Boucher Hyundai's service department, in particular Alex Hanson. Alex would either not return calls and texts, or it would take a long time after several requests. When we were finally able to reach him, he gave us dishonest answers and excuses. It took months of frustration to finally get the work completed. Maybe it's the culture at this dealership, or maybe it's just Alex, but we couldn't have had a worse experience working with the Boucher Hyundai service department, in particular Alex Hanson. More
