This was my first time buying from a used car dealership (prior buying direct from new car dealerships) and it was an excellent experience from the start! First, the cars are fairly priced (so no awkward haggling to get to the fair price). They are knowledgable about the types of cars they sell (which is a wide range)! They communicate on each step (from the timeline to the process to register the car), and they deliver what they say they will do. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car to see this team 1st! The car I purchased had only 100 miles, so like NEW. I also felt that every person who worked in the office was a team, they all put customers first and made the process very positive (which generally is not the case in buying a car). More

I called to inquire about a Porsche. I told them I wanted to drive it as I wanted to see if Iiked the car. They said they don't do test drives. They basically said that their time was more valuable than mine and that when I was ready to buy call them. Go elsewhere they really don't value the customer at all. More
