Bad salesman The dealership has nice vehicles. However the salesman would not drop the price of a vehicle that was already over priced by $2500 by blue book value. The dealership has nice vehicles. My original intention was to inquire more about the ProMaster City cargo van for moving personal items to Florida. Andrew West listened to my story and preferences and provided facts why this cargo van might not be the right fit. Having more information and logical reasoning assisted me with clarity and empoweredme to reconsider another choice of vehicle resulting in a purchase of the 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. 'JC' in Finance truly walks the extra mile, caring about me like I was his 'Mom' re: sound & sane financial advise, keeping me from loosing a substantial amount of money from a retirement account. He assured me that he could find a lender so I could finance rather than pay cash. I asked for a review of the trade-in price and JC brought back a better figure. During another visit to Bozak, JC asked how I liked the T&C and I complained of lingering cigarette smoke odor. JC walked me back to Service to inquire if the cabin filter had been changed during pre-inspection. It had and I was handed a print out.
