Smooth process from start to finish. I was dreading it......time to go car shopping. All I can say is that the sales person, Dan Reitz, was fabulous throughout the process, not even once I was dreading it......time to go car shopping. He understood that I needed to think things over before making a decision and never did he call to say what's yor decision. I was truly able to go at my pace and convenience. P.S. From Ford to Chevy...Who Knew! :) We had been looking at every dealership in NH for over 6 weeks to find the 1 ton pick up. Preference was Ford, but would settle for Dodge or GMC. We pulled into Bonneville's just to look at what they had. A white Chevy Silverado 3500 sat very pretty in the lot. We looked it over and then took it on the road. 7 hours later we were driving it home! Never in my husband dreams would he own a Chevy! BUT this truck is beautiful and loaded! With a little help from Mr. Bonneville himself (by the way how many owners of dealerships come out and speak to customers directly? Mr. Bonneville does!!) my husband is very happy with his purchase! Thank you to everyone involved in this purchase. More
Very Poor Service The service dept. is the worst I have ever seen. While under warranty at app. 25000 miles they tried to charge me for repairs to a defective brake cal The service dept. is the worst I have ever seen. While under warranty at app. 25000 miles they tried to charge me for repairs to a defective brake caliper. When I refused to pay they said they would reassemble my truck and for me to leave. I said if they did that my first stop would be the DMV as this would be a very unsafe thing to do. They gave in and fixed my truck which took 7 hrs. David Fox More

He was very approachable and quite concerned about my experience. I felt all throughout it was not about the "CAR" it was about servicing his customer. I felt this atmosphere from everyone I dealt with, a breath of fresh air to be sure,..... at a DEALERSHIP after all. There was no "Wizard" behind the curtain everything was transparent and honest. It left this "Dorothy" quite pleased with an otherwise arduous process of buying a car. They actually let me take the "Test drive" to do a related errand (a trip to my credit union) with the car to get a better feel for a REAL test drive and a test drive indeed it was. = ) I would like to especially thank Dan Elnar and Tom Beaudin who assisted me in every way to be sure I was happy. I had been to the KIA dealership several weeks earlier and came back after really investigating the car purchase. I was searching for a used (2 year lease return) Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found after consultation with Tom that the Certified Compass would serve all of my needs and then some with great fuel economy to boot, I am so glad I was open to the compromise. I am ever thankful to Tom with his 29 years there, with that breadth of knowledge how could I go wrong? I will be returning to have my new vehicle serviced here I met Barry Kirkwood who also was more concerned with my experience then he was the bill he actually reduced the fee for a car check I had them do on a JEEP in the private market I was considering purchasing. In the end I came back to Bonneville where I hope to be a member of MR. Ed Bonneville's team, customer side. I look forward to doing business there in the future for all of my automotive needs. Great experience with Bonneville and Sons. Let's first say that I typically loathe car dealerships. It's not so much the people it's the process. And just the week before I had a terrible time Let's first say that I typically loathe car dealerships. It's not so much the people it's the process. And just the week before I had a terrible time at a dealership in Somersworth, NH. But Rodney and Gloria were great. I did an internet inquiry on a 2008 Ram 2500 pretty much the day Bonneville put it online. There were no pictures yet and Rodney took the time to take photos with his cell phone and text them to me, probably before anyone else had a chance to see the vehicle. He answered all of my questions ahead of time and when I drove up 50 minutes to look at the vehicle, it was ready to go with a plate on it awaiting my test drive. Because I wasn't from the area, Rodney accompanied me but I get the feeling he would have let me drive it myself if I wanted. Rodney was very prepared and is an easy going person to talk to. Not slick talking and no B.S. The negotiation went very easy as the truck was already priced accordingly. They did knock a little off and made my final purchase price within my budget. Then came the financing. At this point, the finance office is usually just a way to add on additional items you necessarily don't need - GAP insurance, life insurance, pet insurance - but Rob the finance manager was very easy going. He did mention some of those add-ons but I never felt pressure to purchase them. In fact, the whole process was pressure free. None of those "what will it take me to get you into that truck today" stuff. I would recommend Bonneville and Sons to others in the market for a new or used car. I only dealt with the internet team but they were very professional, low-pressure, and able to answer all of my questions. And when I picked up the vehicle, it was cleaned and polished and ready to go. We are in the market for a Town and Country and would gladly buy one from Bonneville and Sons. More

I visited 6 different dealerships and got the same thing. I Would ask to custom order a vehicle because i knew when the order banks opened. The dealers would ignore me, try to sell me something on the lot or used, or simply have no idea about what i was talking about. Either way, i knew more about the jeep and the order process than the dealers did. Then I Talked to Mike Duval at this dealer and he immediately said that we would get started on getting me anything i wanted. I couldnt believe it, no bull crap. he got me exactly what i wanted, didnt push to make a different sale, but made suggestions as to improve my order. He kept in constant contact with me through the 10 week waiting process and was sure to keep me updated. When it cam to the price i knew what the factory invoice price was and that's what i wanted. He knew i did my homework and wouldn't challenge me. Good dealer, Good sales manager, Great experience working with Mike. There were times when i thought he was more excited for my car to arrive than i was. I will admit that upon my first of many visits, before i met Mike in person becuase he wasnt in, i had a very negative experience with another salesman who was an absolute jerk. Ask for Mike, best decision i made with regards to my vehicle. More
