They advertise "warranty for life" but charged him $2700 service contract and a dealer prep fee for a used car! When we spoke to the sales manager, we were told "he signed everything so there is nothing we are willing to do". Heck of an expensive learning experience. Have bought several cars from Boniface Hiers Dodge, but never again! More

I spoke to Mike Durkin, explained my situation and told him that I needed to stay within my strict budget. After finally finding another vehicle I wanted, Mike went above and beyond to get me the most for my trade and the lowest possible payment based on my financial situation. To my surprise I ended up leaving that day with a 14 Cadillac ATS 4 2.0T, staying within my budget and with the same car payment I’d have if I got the Honda. Third times the charm! Went to Service center again due to power steering going out. Read on internet it was on recall for some issues with that. Also needed actuator circut Went to Service center again due to power steering going out. Read on internet it was on recall for some issues with that. Also needed actuator circut checked. 3 hours approx later all was done. Aside from the time it took to get this done and the wait in the most uncomfortable waiting area of any Chevy dealership I have been to, (and i've been pretty much all over from coast to coast and in between.) The service staff was GREAT. I will go back again due to the impecable service I was given by Adam and Jimmie Abshire! I felt like I was back in time when being caring, friendly and accomidating to a customer meant everything to an employee. If you need service ask for Adam and ANY problems Jimmie Abshire will take care of you as best he can. Thanks Again Guys! Now just get the waiting area up to par and you'll have overall 5 Stars. Can't rate quality of work since I just got it done. Time will tell. More
