I went twice to Boniface chevy dealer ready to buy a 2019 silverado truck, with a check in my pocket willing to spend up to $50k on my new truck. Unfortunately i was turned off by the unqualified sales persons. the first sales person was very cold and not so welcoming.. he was very lazy to show me more trucks or even discuss whats the good deals. the second sales person showed me couple trucks however he kept me outside under 94 degree sun while looking at his little tiny phone for prices. i asked him to go inside and look at the computer and give me a good deal he refused. From this experience i concluded that these two sales persons not only are not qualified to make a sale but also did not want to make a sales either cause hey both are boycotting the Boniface dealer and does not want to make a sale or they hated me cause im not white and i can afford a new 2019 truck and they cant. Again this place need to train the sales team or hire more qualified people. Finally i went to ford dealer at palm bay and was very warmly welcomed and dealt with professional people. made a purchase of 45k F150 truck. More

Easiest/ best car buying experience to date I’m a sales guy so naturally... I don’t like sales people. I know there are a lot of ‘schemes’, etc. that they take to make an extra buck. Well, tha I’m a sales guy so naturally... I don’t like sales people. I know there are a lot of ‘schemes’, etc. that they take to make an extra buck. Well, that was absolutely not my experience here. I have 3 little kids and a very busy life so spending hours at the dealership absolutely was not an option for me. I started working with Mike Durkin after seeing nothing but good reviews about him on social media and here is how it went: My wife and I told him what we wanted. He got it to his dealership. We went in and test drove it at our convenience. We went home that night to discuss our thoughts. No pressure, nothing but helpful comments from Mike. The next day, I texted him, we discussed pricing and came to an agreement. I then set an appointment with him for a few hours later to basically sign the paperwork and drive away. That is what happened. I got there, signed the paperwork, and drove away in my new SUV happy as a clam. Experiences like this simply don’t happen often. There was no haggling on price, no ‘well let me see what my boss says’. None of that. Very transparent and honest. Could not recommend working with Mike Durkin any more. More

Bad sales experience. I visited the dealership with the intention of buying a new truck to replace my 05 . I found a trail boss I was very interested in buying and went through the process of setting up a purchase. When we came to an agreement on price and payments I told the salesman I would like to discuss the purchase with my wife. The sales manager was brought in and proceeded to tell me I had wasted his salesman’s time. Since it was the middle of the week, mid-day, there were very few customers about. I was totally taken aback by his attitude and told him it wasn’t a very good way to Sale vehicles. My son and I left. The next day I purchased a 150 SVT Raptor at the Ford dealership. Needless to say, I have been very vocal with everyone I know about this experience and will not be returning to this dealership. More

Best of the best. I was having some trouble with my old pickup and I’ve been wanting to trade it in for a while but was too scared as my credit is not perfect. I was referred to Mike Durkin and decided to go give it a shot and see what used truck I could get into. We looked at used and Mike said do you want a new pickup? I said that would never happen. Guess what? I went from a 2009 to now I’m driving a Brand spankin new Chevrolet Sileraydo 1500. This dealership and the guys and gals working there are amazing. I am a customer for life! More
