Easy car buying experience! I came in looking at 2 specific models, and had already done my research on them, but was bracing for the 'hard sell'. I met with Stephanie, who was super chill and listened to me, rather than try and push and shove any selling tactics.She knew her vehicles and answered every question I had. After deciding on which vehicle, it was relaxing going through the financial aspect portion. The information was presented, my decisions were respected and Stephanie communicated with me constantly, guiding me through the sale. She was quick to discover that some paperwork was not done correctly and rectified that. There were some missing items from the vehicle and Stephanie carried through and recovered these items and made sure the vehicle was clean, stocked, and ready for my acceptance. And I might add that she was handling other sales as well as mine and multi-tasked very well. More

He was honestly the best person I dealt with that entire weekend (I was there both Saturday, and Sunday). He REALLY listened to all my concerns and helped me with everything he could. I felt happy and no longer nervous to take on such a big responsibility. He was friendly, courteous, attentive, understanding, and most importantly patient.
