I purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet from this dealer, and within two weeks the vehicle started having electrical problems. The infotainment screen intermittently does not turn on, and the A/C stops worki and within two weeks the vehicle started having electrical problems. The infotainment screen intermittently does not turn on, and the A/C stops working and blows hot air, which is unacceptable for a new car. I brought the vehicle to the service department, but they only kept it for a few hours, said the diagnostic showed nothing, and released the car without fixing the issue. Because the problem is intermittent, the vehicle needs proper inspection, possibly overnight, but that was not done. I was told I must leave my car to be repaired, yet no loaner vehicle or rental assistance was offered, even though the car is brand new and unreliable. This puts the customer in a very difficult position. I have already opened a case with Chevrolet Customer Care due to the lack of resolution. Overall, the sales experience was fine, but the service department has been very disappointing, especially considering this is a new vehicle under warranty. I expected much better support and accountability from an authorized Chevrolet dealer. More
