They had our truck for 2 days, no call or word from service at all. We called them and they had us sit on hold for 20 minutes. The car has been great. Something strange happened when I purchased it and Bomnin did not fix it. I test drove the car, everything looked great. I went inside and purchased it and the salesman took it across the road to fill it with gas. When he arrived back the front light was smashed. I pointed it it out and he said he had no idea what happened. He said I could bring it back later and they would fix it for me. It was my mistake to trust his word. When I called back to arrange the damage to be fixed my call was never answered every time, almost like they were ignoring my calls specifically. Eventually I gave up because I have other things to do in life. When I had to have my car inspection some time later this needed to be repaired to pass inspection. I did get through to Bomnin at that time and they refused to fix it. It ended up costing me over $400. More
