I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Bomnin Chevrolet. I took my car in to have a tire with a nail replaced. The next day, I received a notification that one of my front tires was low on Bomnin Chevrolet. I took my car in to have a tire with a nail replaced. The next day, I received a notification that one of my front tires was low on air. After checking, I realized that the dealership had simply moved the damaged tire (the one with the nail) from the back to the front instead of actually replacing it. We have clear evidence of this since the service advisor, Braulio, had sent us a picture showing exactly which tire had the nail. It’s obvious that the job wasn’t done properly. Not only is this careless service, but it’s also a huge inconvenience to have to bring the car back again for something that should’ve been fixed the first time. To make things worse, the advisor told me that I can only bring the car in when he is there. That’s completely unreasonable — your customers shouldn’t have to adjust their schedules around your staff. You should be willing to work with your customers’ availability, especially when the issue is due to your own mistake. I expected professionalism, honesty, and proper service from a certified dealership, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. More
