I went for my routine oil change and tire rotation on 02/23/2026. Although I had made an appointment in advance, I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours. I was exhausted and didn't even realize that nobody gave me a receipt. I didn't pay anything because of the long wait. The next day, I noticed that my windshield washer pump was not working. I returned yesterday (03/16) with an appointment for 4.30 pm, and -surprise!!! I left at 8.29 pm without the issue being fixed!!!!!!!!!! They said the small parts needed to propel the water weren’t available. Four hours wasted just to hear that. INSANE! I felt mistreated, frustrated and honestly a bit fooled. The service was unacceptable, and I am concerned about how this place operates. More

I had a very disappointing experience with Bomnin Dadeland Chevrolet. I was in contact with Darian, an internet salesman, who promised me a specific price on a vehicle. Based on that quoted price, I Dadeland Chevrolet. I was in contact with Darian, an internet salesman, who promised me a specific price on a vehicle. Based on that quoted price, I made the decision to drive all the way to the dealership. When I arrived, not only was the price completely different from what I was promised, but Darian wasn’t even there — despite telling me he would personally meet me. It felt like a complete bait-and-switch. The so-called “internet price” appears to be nothing more than a tactic to get customers through the door. Wasting someone’s time with misleading pricing and false assurances is unacceptable. Transparency and honesty matter when making a major purchase like a vehicle. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would tell everyone the This dealerships advertising is completely false and misleading.
