We just had a very negative experience at this dealership. I was contacted yesterday about a car I was interested in. After confirming if the car was there, we made an appointment to come in. When dealership. I was contacted yesterday about a car I was interested in. After confirming if the car was there, we made an appointment to come in. When we arrived today, we were told that the car was not there. When I said that the representative from yesterday ensured that the car would be there they mentioned that it happens all the time as the call center wants people to come in. Even after that we received very unprofessional customer service and were told that we are not the only customers today. Spent 1 hour at this dealer for nothing. More
