Arnaldo convinced me yesterday to give a family owned business a chance and I'm glad I did. Service was courteous, treatment was respectful and for something really strange, they were genuine. The salesman Aaron was very truthful and very knowledgeable of the product for a young guy. He sold us the car not by lying to us and trying to trick us, but by telling us exactly what this car could and could not do. Miguel at financing was very courteous and not pushy. In fact he was the opposite and he was actually very quick. Later last night I noticed that I had a major issue with my lease and when I contacted him, Miguel was able to fix the issue and had the paperwork ready for me to re-sign today. His behavior and demeanor made me feel as if I was home. Finally, Arnaldo Bomnin convinced me to take a chance on him. The thing that sealed it for me was that when I got there to sign papers again this morning, he called my name and greeted me, as if he had known me forever. The reality is that he had never seen me. All in all a great first experience and a new customer who will be back again...Am I sorry to try the small, family owned business? No, actually, on the contrary... More

I initially went into Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet looking for a used GMC Arcadia, but they gave me a great deal on a new 2011 Chevy Traverse. The deal was put together in a very short time. I was treated extremely well, way beyond my expectations. They made me feel comfortable about my new purchase and not once did I feel pressured.
