Drove 500 miles round trip to buy my Golf Alltrack I was looking for a Golf Sportwagen, or an Alltrack. Could not find what I was looking for in the Kansas City area. After driving over from Mission Kansas, and looking around the lot, we were greeted by "Reese" Gayden. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at, and was very helpful in getting me the car that was right for my needs. I am in the car business, so having to deal with another salesman isn't always smooth sailing.... Reese and Adam Schmidt were great to deal with, and stayed past closing to make sure my deal was approved, and my car was made ready for delivery. Could not have had a better experience. I will be a return customer ! More

Reese helped me get a ridiculously good deal on my trade to help lower the final cost of the new car. The buying process couldn't have been easier, and I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. The car arrived a day earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier with the purchase and buying experience. More

Took my Golf in for scheduled maintenance as I have since i bought it here. I had to wait over half an hour just to drop it off. Only one guy in service so I'm listening to him argue with one customer about why his car doesn't actually need the complete firewall, really? And then waiting for the Lone Ranger to retrieve a car for another annoyed guy who had been waiting longer than me to get his car so he can leave. Then he finally pulls up my car on the system and tells me my car needs over $1000 in "scheduled" work that wasn't done on all the other times (3 times) I brought it in and told them "do whatever it needs for maintenance." So in the three years I've owned the car nothing but oil changes were done, even though I told them to do what the schedule called for. I take my car to the dealer so stupid stuff like that won't happen. I'm furious over the sloppy work that now leaves me hanging with a ton of work that needs to be done to my car. Then an added insult. When I pick it up the next day it's raining. So the same Lone Ranger doesn't get me my car, he just hands me the keys and points it out in the lot out back. I'm a big boy and I won't melt, but after having my wait made longer while he retrieved another car yesterday, this was too much. Customer service? Zero. And the last straw? I'm told that I'll get a free $100 oil change if I give them all "10's and excellents" on the survey I'll get from VW. Yeah, not going to happen. Dirtbags. This place sucks and has for the whole time I've owned a VW. Find another VW dealer to go to. More

I loved the car, but wanted something with more cargo space. When VW came out with the redesigned Tiguan, I decided that was the car. I did my research and decided on the model, color and equipment. I researched the VW website and looked at all the dealers in my area. Bommarito VW-St Peters was advertising the best, up front, price discount and I kept watching their site until they had the car I wanted in stock. Based on the DealerRater website ratings, I selected Steve Pfleeger as my sales contact. I called him on a Monday, told him I was interested in one particular car and I would be out on Friday for a test drive. Steve had the car cleaned and ready for the drive on Friday. After a positive test drive, we talked price. No pressure from Steve, just an honest discussion. After about 45 minutes of back and forth, we had a deal and I am the happy owner of my first new car. My advise, do your research, pick the right dealer and the right sales consultant. More

Returned for our 2nd Golf We bought a Golf in 2011 from these guys and had a great experience with the service department during our warranty terms and when buying the new car We bought a Golf in 2011 from these guys and had a great experience with the service department during our warranty terms and when buying the new car initially, so when our 2002 Jetta was ready to go out to pasture, we headed straight here. They had a great deal on a 2017 Golf, so when we arrived Steve was the first to greet us. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us on something else. He was personable, attentive, and easy to work with when we went over terms. And they let us keep the car overnight to make sure it was really what we wanted. Even when we did the financing, J.D. was wonderful to work with. This was our fourth VW. Whenever we're ready for #5, we'll drive straight over here. There's no reason to check elsewhere. More
