We went to Bommarito Volkswagon looking for a specific used car they advertised on autotrader. We told Geoff we would be coming in the next day around 11 am and when we got there he had the car waiting used car they advertised on autotrader. We told him we wanted to take it for a test drive and he let us take it right away, on our own. When we decided we wanted it, he gave us a copy of the carfax and reviewed all similar models on autotrader to compare the price. For our trade in, he gave us about $500 dollars more than we expected. Was overall a great experience. More

My experience with Geoff and Bommarito was wonderful. On my initial visit, I was shown a variety of vehicles within my price range and there was no pressure. Les is impressively knowledgable of the product he sells.He pays attention to his customer's needs and wishes, instead of just 'feeding' you some rehearsed sales hype. Normally salesmen are so wrapped up in 'making' the sale, they don't pay attention to the actions and reactions of their customers. Les clearly picked up on the fact that I'm the 'vehicle' person in the family and communicated with each of us appropriately.Dealing with Les has been absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have been loyal Acura customers for many years. Les's description of Volkswagen and the Hazelwood Bommarito goals and pursuits impressed us so much that my husband plans to trade his Acura for a Volkswagen next year. It's wonderful to have a feeling of trust in a salesperson and the dealership he represents.I would also like to note that the dealership is 66 miles from our home with at least 2 'other' dealerships closer to us than Bommarito Hazelwood. It was definitely worth the trip and the subsequent trips we will make for service there. Paris was charming, efficient and knowledgable. We didn't spend as much time with him, but we were impressed with his kindness and professionalism. You don't expect to laugh and smile when spending time with the 'financial guy' at the dealership, but we did! Overall we were very impressed with everyone we have encountered thus far at this dealership. We have shopped at 2 other VW dealerships and did not have the level of confidence we felt at the Bommarito Hazelwood dealership. Thank you! More

Chuck at Bommarito was, by far, the most straight-forward and pleasant person I spo CC and spoke extensively with salesmen at 4 regional VW dealers. Chuck at Bommarito was, by far, the most straight-forward and pleasant person I spoke with. The other dealers were full of typical car sales double-talk and skating around answers; Bommarito is totally atypical in that regard. I highly recommend going there if you're looking for a Volkswagen (or one of the other varieties that they sell) whether you are in St. Louis or across the state. I drove 4.5 hours to get there and it was worth it. More
