I'd tell Charlie what I was looking for and he would give me an accurate price. No BS, no "maybe you should come over", none of that. The only real hiccup was a micommunication about trailer hitch light wiring, and that was resolved quickly and professionally. I drove over 900 miles from North Dakota to purchase my vehicle. Charlie and I worked out 90% of our business over the phone, and Charlie delivered 100% of what he said he would. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends and family. I am a member of STLVW and when it came time for my 40k DSG service I contacted Tom Hinkemeyer from Bommarito Hazelwood to setup a time for my maintenance and we worked out a date that worked for me. When I got to the dealership everybody I dealt with was very nice and the facilites there at the dealership were great (I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed). I am a computer programmer and I was able to use the secure wifi at the dealership to work remotely from the waiting lounge. Free starbucks coffee was provided as well as free donuts (service was scheduled for 7am). The DSG maintenance took 2 hours to complete and during the 2 hour wait a tech would randomly provide updates as to when the service would be complete and keep me posted on their progress. When the service was complete I got to chit chat with TOm and one of the techs about cars and VW news. When all was said and done my car was returned back to me after they washed my car for free, so my car returned back to me even BETTER than I had given it to them. Overall I was VERY satisfied with my experience at Bommarito Hazelwood. I live in South County St Louis and driving the extra distance to get to this dealership was well worth it. More

Charlie gave me tonnes of information regarding not just the car I was interested in (Jetta) but also the overall car buying policy. He presented me with a lot of options but at no point did I feel overwhel the car I was interested in (Jetta) but also the overall car buying policy. He presented me with a lot of options but at no point did I feel overwhelmed by all the information. I am in the process of selecting a new car, actually in the mid-size segment. I checked out the Jetta because it has almost as much leg room as an Accord or Sonata, a factor that matters a lot to me. But after checking out several other dealers, I found that the price of the Jetta is comparable to a Camry or a Sonata. Hence, the '4' on the price review. As for Charlie, he was Incredibly helpful. 6 stars for him!! More

The salesman, Geoff, was extremely helpful and Paris was outstanding to work with in finance. I'm also extremely impressed that a part of the funds from buying a vehicle goes to cancer research. How can you not respect a business for that?! We have a couple other cars and are currently wondering if we will trade one for another VW. WHEN our decision is yes, our first (and hopefully) only stop with be with Bommarito. Great job, team! This is customer service at its best! More
