This was my best encounter with the new car buying experience and I have been through this experience five times! Patrick is the best. Very honest and forthcoming. We sent our daughter to look at cars, there were a few other dealers who would not even talk to her, but Charles did. We were not sure of the car she found,so we came up to talk to Charles and he was grea other dealers who would not even talk to her, but Charles did. I flew in from out of state. Les picked me up from the airport in the snow. Les and Patrick had arranged everything for me to make it easy. Tony had worked our fincancing before I even got there. The morning of the day I visited your Hazelwood VW showroom, I sent 3 e-mails to dealers expressing interest in the 2012 Passat. Patrick Williams was by far the fastest to respond to my inquiry. He showed a warmth when we arrived that was genuine, which is something unique in my experience with automobile salespeople. After the test drive, we discussed various auto questions and options. He showed a superior knowledge of the car in question and a patience in explaining the "tech" questions. In the past week he has emailed and called to see if there are any questions or follow up he can help with. So far, the car is living up to its' advertising.
