I saw the ad online for the specific vehicle (including VIN #) on sale. Came to the dealer confirmed the price; they confirmed me that they still have that vehicle with that price. I did a test drive. We agreed on price of my trade. As were filling out the paperwork, they decided that someone made a mistake and decided not to sell the vehicle. Even a salesperson (James) said it was a good price "steal price". They changed ad in front of us and they changed disclaimer. I have a copy of original ad and original disclaimer. Even manager Joe Sterner didn't know what t do and ran to the different dealership. Way to go VW Bommarito More

I responded to an add for a particular new Jetta from this dealer, then had a two week email correspondence with Patrick, who assured me the car was available. We emailed back and forth 9 times, and I l this dealer, then had a two week email correspondence with Patrick, who assured me the car was available. We emailed back and forth 9 times, and I left him my work, home and cell phone numbers. He understood I was driving all the way from Fort Leonard Wood and that I would be arriving Saturday morning to view and most likely purchase the car in question. I arrived as scheduled, only to be told the car I was interested in was "sold" the night before, but that there were other more expensive cars available. I expressed my profound disappointment. My wife, still at home with our kids, was quite upset and called to complain. Patrick hung up on her. A manager then spoke with her and was conciliatory, but frankly just said all of the things you'd expect managment to say, such as "he shouldn't have done that," etc. I then promptly left to purchase a 2012 Hyundai Elantra across the street from another dealer. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
