I just wanted to come on here and give this dealership a good review. Normally, I hate dealing with new car salesman. Most are pushy and annoying or don't take me seriously. I am a single mother, and come in alone with my children, and this is rare to be trested respectfully, but this dealership did exactly that, treat me with total respect. The second I walked in, I felt welcome. As I said, I had to bring my kids with me, ages 8 and 18 months. The salesman I dealt with was extremely patient and helpful. I was trading in a mini cooper, which I would have bought another, but the mini dealer was snooty with me, so I checked out my second choice, which was a VW beetle. This volkswagen dealer treated me like I was an equal rather than being beneath them, which I greatly appreciated, and it got them a sale. They gave my children oranges and hot chocolate, and the salesman interacted with my children like they were his own. They also made sure I got the best financing available. the salesman also helped work with me to get tools for me to get my subwoofer out of the car, which I believe was above ane beyond the call of duty, as at the time I was cleaning out my trade in, it was almost closing time. I would highly recommend this dealership. It isn't the normal dreaded experience, and I came out happy and with a fantastic new car. I will definately be returning to this place in the future, and will recommend them to all my friends. Thanks to Les, and the whole VW crew. More

Geoff understood my needs for a truck was very helpful through e-mail getting the process started. I found the Bommarito Volkswagen "Black Friday" circular and with the prices that they were advertising, I thought that I at least owed them a look, but thought that there would be the ol' "hidden circular and with the prices that they were advertising, I thought that I at least owed them a look, but thought that there would be the ol' "hidden charge", and then would also try and hike up the price even more with "hard selling" of different options. I am pleasantly surprised to say, that did not happen. We were probably the first people to hit their show room on Friday, and you would think that they would have plenty of time to try and direct me to a more expensive car or "bait and switch" me (as has happened in the past). However, I mentioned their price quotes from their circular and Marc Gaby (sales associate) directed me to the cars that were in my price point. Within 10 minutes, I was in a test drive, 20 minutes after I was talking to a finance rep, and within an hour, I was driving home in my new Volkswagen. All aspects of my purchasing experience was simply a pleasure, all the way down to my trade in, which was also very fair. We purchased our Honda Odyssey from the Bommarito Honda dealership and thought that I would try their Volkswagen store, and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. As was mentioned my wife and I were the first people in their showroom and they had plenty of chances to attempt to sell me a car that I really didn't want, or to push options that I didn't need. If you want a great no haggle no pressure experience, I can confidently recommend Bommarito Volkswagen or any of their stores to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
