Within a day Geoff found a Passat that was used as a dealer demo car and contacted me immediately with a link to a similar car. I stopped and drove the car. Within a few days,because I was so busy with work-I put down the money to buy it until I could get into the dealership. I picked it up yesterday and I love the car! Bommarito has a wonderful culture of outstanding customer service and they show it every time that I have worked with them in the past and they continue. They responded immediately to my inquiry, set up and kept my appointment, welcomed me like a VIP, and had the car I'd selected from their online inventory fueled up, stickers removed, and sparkly clean for my test drive. Needless to say I went home that day with my new car. Everyone that works at this dealership is focused on the customer and making sure they're happy. They have an impressive service department, comfortable customer lounge, and just the best people you could ever hope to work with. I received a very reasonable price for my trade-in and my salesperson has already called me 3 times to ensure I'm satisfied. Another big surprise: I had XM radio on my trade-in vehicle with about 4 months remaining on the subscription. This dealership, on their own, took the time to contact Sirius/XM Radio to cancel my subscription and have the remaining credit applied to my credit card on file. My new car came with a free Sirius 90 day trial so this transition was better than perfect. I'm a Bommarito VW Hazelwood (Missouri) fan for life. What a great place! More

I went in to get a ECM update on my 2013 CC and the service tech "FRIED" my computer in the car. My wife was told by Kim the service manager and Tom in service a new computer would be in by January 3r service tech "FRIED" my computer in the car. I called on January 3rd and got the run-around before finally being told the new ECM wouldn't be in until January 9th at the earliest. Meanwhile, my car is sitting outside the dealer with snow all over it and not with me so I can drive and enjoy the car I purchased. I have emailed three times, called Tom and Kim in service several times, and called the customer care number to get the problem resolved quickly. The next step will be the Better Business Bureau and file a compliant. More
