I purchased a used CC from Bommarito VW and the car had some minor issues. No big deal I thought as it came with a 30 day limited warranty. First I came to my salesman Marc who was great. He took the incident up with his manager Joe Sterner. Joe had the car looked at and everything was blamed on the tires. I did not believe him and he was unwilling too work with me to resolve the problem. The way he put it was "You bought the car with it making that noise." I was willing to except the fact that it was the tires if he would just have them switched out and prove that the tires were the problem. He would not even consider it. So I left. I purchased new tires and had 3 other shops look at the car, one of them being a different VW dealership. The other dealership said that the wheel bearings were bad. I had my wife bring the car back, because at this point I could not keep my cool if I had to deal with Joe Sterner again. Anyway she and I got the pleasure of dealing with Kim the service manager and Brad the general manager. They were extremely accommodating and willing to make the car right. They determined that the wheels were bent and replaced them. They also reimbursed us for the tires we had to buy. After all this there was still a minor vibration with the front end it was hard to spot , but I was able to reproduce the noise for them. It was hard to diagnose, but they believe it may be the other wheel bearing. They are replacing it even though it may not be the problem. Brad, Kim, Dan (the shop foreman) have been great to work with. They have changed the way I feel about Bommarito VW, and if it wasn't for them I would have had the worst car buying\servicing experience of my life, however I cannot say enough good things about Brad, Kim, and Dan. Thank you guys for genuinely caring about my car and my satisfaction. More

Great experience. First of all the dealership is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The show room is filled with new vehicles and has a small section with vintage VWs. Unfortunately the car was sold literally as the Bommarito driver was en route, but Jay was still able to find us the exact car we wanted with only a day's delay. We bought a used Honda Civic with the expectation one problem would be taken care of. What was expected to be a minor problem turned out to be more complicated. His thoroughness discovered a most unexpected underlying problem which was then fixed with us never being afraid they were going to come back and charge us extra. Of course it was concerning to be back in a third time but I was pleased the mechanic took the time to really figure it out. We needed to know our daughter was driving a car she could depend on and was fixed properly. The commitment of the sales department and thoroughness of the service department plus the reliability of a Honda has given us that assurance. More

I was greeted and treated well when I walked in. My salesman Joe, was with another client, but still got me set up for a test drive and another salesman. Dealership was clean and modern.
