When I went looking for a used car I didn't really expect to drive home with one on the same day, but I did. And I'll tell you why. Marc showed me what he had on the lot, I test drove two of them and immediately knew one of those was the car I wanted. I had no pressure from Marc to purchase anything which I greatly appreciated. I did drive home that same day with a VW Passat. It's been a good experience buying a car from him and if ever I need another one I will definitely return to Bommarito. As a member of USAA, I found several dealerships with VW Passats. After calling several, I spoke with Brad Gilbert, Jr. His enthusiasm was refreshing and motivating. Brad answered all of my questions and took every opportunity to work with my schedule even offering suggestions on how he could better accommodate my situation. I was sold on buying the Passat before I saw the vehicle because of Brad’s salesmanship. After the purchase, I had a slight problem and Tony Fargo quickly resolved the issue. This was vital because I was driving to Eglin Air Force Base on business and did not have much time. Thanks for Brad and Tony, I was able to make the drive in my newly purchased Passat.
