After being used to all the hassle you get at other dealers at first I had a feeling like me as a person or my sale was not important because they don't hound you but then quickly realized this is how it should be and you should not be hassled but rather helped and then left alone to decide. I received a more than fair price on my trade in and thanks to Jay I am now driving a 2015 VW Golf GTI and I love it. Safe to say I will be back to Bommarito Hazelwood for any future vehicle purchases! Keep up the great work you guys are awesome and you know Customer Service! Thanks Again! More

Thanks for not trying to take all my money! My friend who had recently bought a car told me that when you walk out of a dealership with a new car, the dealer nor you should be smiling. I mean My friend who had recently bought a car told me that when you walk out of a dealership with a new car, the dealer nor you should be smiling. I mean, he is right. If you are shopping for cars the right way, it should not be a pleasant experience for both parties. Researching prices, cross-shopping, haggling with dealers, getting the right value on your trade in.. none of that is fun. Dealers who do this everyday have a huge edge over the buyer, especially first time ones like me. I'd talked and dealt with dealers all week.. probably around 6-7 of them by the time I talked to Stephen. Dude was straight-forward, offered an initial price that other dealers wouldn't offer until after some haggling and was chill through out. More than anything, I didn't get the vibe from him that he was trying to swindle me out of as much cash he possibly could (some dealers totally had that going for them.. instant walk out). When he offered me a final price, even though it wasn't the best deal I had gotten (only by like a hundred-ish bucks though), I felt like it would be well worth the little extra to do business with a transparent guy like him. I would recommend him to friends and family. More
