This was my first experience buying a German Auto and i was very particular about this particular dealership since they not only had good rebates but excellent customer satisfaction and i know now why that is true..because of guys like Marc. He invited me into the dealership with a wide smile and with the proper pronunciation of my name at the exact time of our meeting which is always a good sign and explained the whole rebate process and which ones i qualified for. And he was able to offer me another car with a slightly higher price in place of the car(the one we discussed)that was sold before i walked in. I was also in a time crunch and he made sure that i was taken care off (Trade in, Finance offer). I had a very open, honest experience with Marc. I was not able to pick up the car the same day and he took some time on his day off to meet me and make sure that i drove off with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend Marc to anyone who wants a no nonsense deal. Infact i met a previous customer in the service area and she had nothing but good things to say about Marc and that made my deal even stronger. You may win some lose some in the numbers game but Marc certainly earns your trust with his customer service. When you walk into his office you will see that for sure! More

TonyaR I have had a company car for 16 years and decided I was tired of the corporate world. I was in sales and believe me...I can be hard to please and demanding sometimes. I utilized autotrader to look for a personally owned vehicle. I saw a BMW I wanted to check out and drove over to the dealership. It was as nice as advertised which I really didn't expect. I looked and drove one car in my search and bought it. My sales person was Chuck Thomason. He was awesome, very straight forward, and did not lay a "sales pitch" on me. It was a smooth closing! Two days later my service light came on. I phoned Chuck and he stood behind his words. He gave me contact information and arranged for my service at no charge. When I took the BMW in, I was told Von was the mechanic who knew BMW's the best...and he did. Von answered every question I had and was extremely helpful! Even though this is not a BMW dealership, Von will be who I will have service this vehicle. Thanks to all for everything! More

When we decided this was it, we had to go back home to pick up our trade-in and return later that afternoon. Big Dave was at another dealership at the time, so we were handed off to George Bussey. George was equally as friendly and Dave had already communicated our budget and terms with him. It was a quick and painless process and before we knew it, we were in Kenneth's office talking about payment plans. Kenneth was very helpful and explained everything that we had questions about. The whole process only took about two hours once we started on paperwork! More
