He actually set a date to bring my car in for the trade in inspection which lead me to the car I purchased at their facility. Kevin stayed late into the evening and worked the deal we were happy with. All three were friendly and knowledgeable. I have had some poor experiences with a VW dealer in the past, however, this dealership seems to have all the people with all the right attitudes. They were caring, friendly and definitely met and surpassed our expectations. More
