Not welcoming, and doesn’t have any patience. So I was greeted by Mr. Jerald Justice. I was there for an oil change. He was very short patient with me. I was trying to explain to him the problem So I was greeted by Mr. Jerald Justice. I was there for an oil change. He was very short patient with me. I was trying to explain to him the problem I was having with my vehicle and he responds “ today’s our short day so I highly doubt they can check it, but I’ll try” with a very obvious attitude. Ok so now he can’t find my name in the system, he’s getting upset wirh me because he can’t find my name which obviously isn’t my fault, I bought my car from you guys, and get my car serviced with you guys. Please teach your employees to have patience with their customers when they’re trying to explain the problem with their vehicle. If I didn’t have to get my vehicle serviced by you guys I promise I would not. And I will not refer anyone to this dealership. Piss poor customer service. More

Always a mess up It never fails, every time we go in for scheduled maintenance we have to return for a mistake/issue due to poor service. This time, the plastic cover It never fails, every time we go in for scheduled maintenance we have to return for a mistake/issue due to poor service. This time, the plastic cover under the car that protects the oils pan, etc. was not properly reattached after a oil change. When driving down the interstate the cover came loose, caught the road and ripped away from the car. It even caught wind and flew into the air! Thankfully no one was behind us, but the cover landed and was ran over by a semi truck. This is NOT the first time a routine maintenance visit resulted in a return visit to fix what the service employees caused. I am very disappointed in the lack of detail taken by the employees at the Lake Charles service shop. We will never buy another VW because of our the numerous BAD experiences we’ve had. What a shame. More
