Highly recommend the internet sales department - Ryan B. I recently leased a new car from this dealership through the internet sales department. After going through other BMW (and Audi) dealerships who were I recently leased a new car from this dealership through the internet sales department. After going through other BMW (and Audi) dealerships who were not being forthcoming in prices and often times playing games and gimmicks, it was a pleasure to deal with Ryan Bosman, the internet sales manager at Bob Smith BMW. He was very honest, reasonable in pricing, and a pleasure to deal with during the entire quick and easy transaction. I leased the vehicle and understood all the terms and exact details before going into the dealership, so everything was transparent before having to make the trip down to the dealership. I would highly recommend Ryan B. and his team and would work with them again in the future! More

I liked the car and after researching the vehicle and options on KBB determined that it was a good value. I went back the next day and made the purchase. The entire thing was wrapped up in about an hour. Great experience. More
Unprofessional & Disorganized My lease was up on my BMW, so I scheduled an appointment for the inspection, when they did the inspection I was told my car was due for an oil change My lease was up on my BMW, so I scheduled an appointment for the inspection, when they did the inspection I was told my car was due for an oil change which was covered, however why wouldn’t I have been told about the service that they scheduled for me without my knowledge? So I left my car there and came back two days later to sign off on the lease, I did as I was told, I called an hour before to let them know I was on my way and left a message. When I arrived no one knew what to do, then I was told I owed over $700!!! I said “ no I didn’t and that that Matt signed off on it” they kept arguing with me. They were extremely rude, unprofessional and disorganized. No I didn’t owe anything and the first thing they should have done was apologize for the confusion. I was there almost two hours just to sign a few documents. They lost a potential sale. Never again will I go to Bob Smith BMW. That was the third time that they didn’t have a clue with what they were doing. F- More

The way BMW dealership should be I have been shopping for a few months for a 428I convertible COP. I called on a few internet advertisements and was shocked to find how short and rude some of these BMW dealers sale-people can be. This purchase is my 6th BMW purchase. When I called Bob Smith BMW and spoke with Ryan Amico Sales Manager. He answered all my questions about the car in detail. He was very polite, attentive and kind. When I asked him if we could work on the price of the car he was respectful and willing to work a deal. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to know that the BMW dealership standards that I have known each time I have purchased a car in the past was still in full works at Bob Smith BMW. Ryan and I came to an agreed price on the phone. All BMW dealerships should follow the way Ryan and everyone at this dealership treats there costumers. Even the finance manager Amir Zaratshoa gave excellent service. I paid cash and he still took his time to go over everything from the sales contract to the warranty. I live an hour away from this dealership and will take the drive all over again because of the excellence they serve to there customers. Thank you so much Ryan and Amir. Superior service !st time was in 1974 for a Porsche at Bob Smith in Hollywood, and I still go to Bob Smith for 3 current BMW's. If you want to die then take your car here to be serviced. I went for a recall and they installed the part wrong, which caused exhaust fumes to blow into my car for over 2 weeks, causing me to inhale co2 gas f I went for a recall and they installed the part wrong, which caused exhaust fumes to blow into my car for over 2 weeks, causing me to inhale co2 gas for weeks. Had to go there 3 times and they kept telling me it was something else and I needed to pay to fix the other issue and that's what the smell was. I then had to investigate what was wrong myself and went back there and show them exactly what they installed wrong and they admitted that it could have killed me and was blowing exhaust fumes into the car. So if you want to die then take your car here to get fixed. All the people there want to do is sell you on more repairs and not take responsibility for what they do. More
