Oil change Service Took my 530e in for scheduled service. Initially the computer generated appointment was totally messed up. I was told we could get a loaner but had Took my 530e in for scheduled service. Initially the computer generated appointment was totally messed up. I was told we could get a loaner but had to wait ALMOST 90 MINUTES and still no loaner!! I have purchased or leased 4 BMWs at Bob Smith, always had my car serviced here, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I'm looking for a new dealership to handle my automotive needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Quick and Easy. In and out. I had an appointment at Bob Smith BMW to get my regular oil change service at Bob Smith BMW on 10/21/19. My appointment was with service representati I had an appointment at Bob Smith BMW to get my regular oil change service at Bob Smith BMW on 10/21/19. My appointment was with service representative Rob Meyer at 3:00PM. Unfortunately, I was coming from West Los Angeles, and there was heavy traffic on the 405, and I got to the dealership at around 4:00PM. The last thing I wanted to do after sitting in traffic for an hour and a half was to wait for paperwork to be processed to turn in my car for service, but Rob was a super star. He got the paperwork processed and completed in 5 minutes, and the helpful lady in the loaner car department got me set up with a loaner vehicle, and I was out of there within 15 minutes. Because I had the maintenance plan, i didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket, and my car was ready next day. Pick up was even easier. Dropped off the loaner car, they did a quick inspection of the car, looked at the car gauge, and looked at the miles, and I was all set. My car was brought out as they were doing the review, and I was out of there in 10 minutes. 10/10 will service my vehicle at Bob Smith BMW again in 8,000 miles. More

Great Service Dept. Great Sales Dept and helpful Parts Dept. My brand new BMW purchased from Bob Smith (I dealt with the AMAZING Nasir Khan and Matt Smith) needed service. My Service Advisor was Rey Silva. Rey My brand new BMW purchased from Bob Smith (I dealt with the AMAZING Nasir Khan and Matt Smith) needed service. My Service Advisor was Rey Silva. Rey was awesome! Rey was attentive, kind, friendly, informed and got my car in and out as fast as possible, and while my car was there...his communication was perfect. Bob Smith BMW is the absolute BEST!!!! Horrible experience and the service was free I purchased a certified 2016 BMW 428i from Bob Smith BMW dealership (April 2019). The sales manager promised the rust in the rotors would disappear a I purchased a certified 2016 BMW 428i from Bob Smith BMW dealership (April 2019). The sales manager promised the rust in the rotors would disappear after the brakes are used. Six months later I brought the car in to fix the outdoor temperature gauge, low tire pressure, get the rust off the bell area of the rear rotor and car detail. When I purchased the car in the evening and was not detail. I brought the car in on a Thursday at approximately 9 AM, Friday the outdoor temperature gauge was fixed and low tire pressure. Per the service invoice, “proceeded to remove drivers side wheel, and fender liner. Found outside temperature sensor not fully connected all the way. Reconnected it fully outside temp sensor is now function at normal operations”. Service had sales manager handle the rust and detail. The sales manager said, the Bob Smith needs to order a solution to remove the rust. The car should be ready Saturday. I was planning my Saturday to pick-up my car by 5:00 PM. Not until the late afternoon (approximately 4:30 PM) after I called the sales manager few times to find out the car would not be ready. Bob Smith BMW dealership does not care about their customer’s time. Monday came same thing happen. Finally on Tuesday (September 24, 2019) in the evening my car was ready detail (car washed) but the rust was not removed. Bob Smith BMW Dealership took Friday to Tuesday not to remove the rust. This evening (October 4, 2019) I noticed the BMW emblem has missing edges. I have pictures with perfectly clean emblem. The car has been driven about 30 miles since the service and parked in my garage. The car has been driven less than 800 miles since I purchased the car (just over 5 months) and always parked in my garage. I am wondering, while the car was serviced (removed drivers side wheel and fender liner) an accident happened and that’s why it took Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday to detail (car wash) the car. I will never have my car serviced at Bob Smith BMW Dealership. More

Complained of Oil Leak, Dealership Spilled Oil Over Engine I've always thought highly of Bob Smith BMW, and am happy to have gotten in/out on Thursday, 9/19/19, quickly. However, I'm most disappointed that the I've always thought highly of Bob Smith BMW, and am happy to have gotten in/out on Thursday, 9/19/19, quickly. However, I'm most disappointed that the tech discourteously spilled oil all over my engine without cleaning it up. I spent $100+ to have the engine cleaned just a few days before, added a quart of oil the day before stopping by the dealership, and had to have the engine re-cleaned after leaving the dealership. Most disappointing. More
