Left cigarette buds in my car and took all of the money and change from my change compartment. I was charged for a Low Jack add on that was never discussed or brought up in the conversation to purchasing the vehicle which I should have looked at the paperwork at the end of the many papers that discussed or brought up in the conversation to purchasing the vehicle which I should have looked at the paperwork at the end of the many papers that was signed and talked about up front, but it was close to closing and the finance guy and salesman was extreme anxious to close which they even beat me out of the dealership. A word of advice is to make sure you look at every add-on accessory/paperwork no matter if there ready to close or not and make sure too view your final document with the final payment and what that includes because they will try to sneak add-ons in the paperwork without your knowledge. This isn't the first time this dealer has added the LoJack feature in a contract without the buyer's knowledge, do your research. Hyundai Genesis already offers a 3yr package too help locate your vehicle if needed. More
I made an appointment to get the recall work done and told the person I wanted to schedule it so that the parts were available when I dropped it off. She scheduled my appointment so that this was the case. I got a call early in the morning from the service person and he told me to call him back. I called him back and he didn't answer. So then I called the main switchboard and asked to be transferred to the service department. He didn't answer. I got a text telling me that if I need anything just to call him. So I assumed everything was ok. It got close to the end of the day and then I wanted to find out if my car was done. So I decided to text and call. The service person told me that they didn't have the parts, weren't able to do the work, and that they were going to be closing soon. Oh...and they would be closed tomorrow so I need to get to the dealership. So we had to interrupt dinner to drive all of the way to the dealership. What a waste of a day. When I went to pick up the car, all the service guy did was make excuses. Will never work with this dealership again. Oh - and no masks. We are in the middle of a pandemic and no masks. Seriously?! More
