Love the dealership overall but this time I took my car in for service and it took 4 days to get it back. I never got a call to say what was wrong with the car. I sent a text the first day and no one answe in for service and it took 4 days to get it back. I never got a call to say what was wrong with the car. I sent a text the first day and no one answered me back. Called the second day and was told my car had not been diagnosed. Sent a text the fourth day and a few hours later got a call that the car was ready. I didnt mind that they had my car that long but I was upset that no one called to say what was wrong or even offered me a car to use while mine was in the shop. Thank you More

Phenomenal Overall Experience! On Saturday, March 28 we visited Bob Rohrman Indy Hyundai where we purchased a 2020 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Earlier in the week we had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting Napleton Hyundai on 96th St. where we test drove a 2020 Hyundai Kona Ultimate and a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. We had every intention of purchasing our new vehicle from Napleton as we had a prior relationship with Butler Hyundai. Despite making it abundantly clear that we were there to test drive only then return the next day to secure the purchase after sleeping on it, high pressure and intimidating sales practices were used by the sales team at Napleton to secure the deal that evening. We found this highly unprofessional and uncalled for. When making such an important purchase, it is of vital importance that an auto dealership allows you the opportunity to shop and make the right decision, not one that is made out of pressure, intimidation and greed.. Following our awful experience at Napleton, we chose to take our business elsewhere - elsewhere being Bob Rohrman Indy Hyundai. Upon arrival Saturday morning we were warmly and enthusiastically greeted by Dorian Smith. From the moment we walked into the building, the overall feeling was entirely different compared to Napleton. Our presence was valued and Dorian truly cared about ensuring that our experience was far more customer-oriented and appreciated than that at Napleton. We test drove the same two cars at Bob Rohrman as we did at Napleton. We were allowed to discuss and make the best decision for us without any pressure or intimidating sales practices. The financing was quick and efficient. All in all it was a fabulous experience and we drove away in our 2020 Hyundai Tuscon Ultimate very satisfied and full onboard as future and loyal Bob Rohrman customers. We cannot say enough about Dorian. We are so pleased and so happy.. Although our experience at Napleton was unpleasant, it was worth it knowing that we were able to discover Dorian and the outstanding team at Bob Rhorman Indy Hyundai. Very satisfied customers! More
