I wasn’t told my car was ready. When arriving, I went to the service desk and was told to go to the cashier. The cashier had no paperwork for me and told me I should have stopped at the service desk. When she came back with it, she told me AGAIN that I should have gone to the service desk. Then the service advisor also told me I should have gone to the service desk. I didn’t appreciate being told repeatedly that I should have done something that I absolutely did do. They did not communicate after having my car for an oil change for over three hours (and I did have an appointment) and then there must not be any communication between employees either. More

I came in a week later to have heated seats installed in my car and again I was amazed and pleased with the guest service not just mine but the interactions of guests as well.
