I took my car in for the 42 month service, and I asked that, in addition to the specified checks, they check the alignment. I find no indication at all that this last part of the job was done. Car was brought in for oil change and coolant flush. We were then told the water pump was bad. We agreed to have it replaced but, when they were putting the belt back on the tensioner broke.
