Mark, the advisor in the service department was fantastic. I’ve had several bad experiences with this dealership before. It’s nice to have a positive change for once. One thing I expected was the inside of my vehicle to be cleaner after being in the shop for a month. Also, they said they would call to offer any other maintenance or repairs during the time it was there, but that didn’t get brought to my attention until I picked up the vehicle. I’m sure labor costs could have been cheaper while the engine was out of the vehicle versus after being finished. More
