I wanted to thank everyone at Bob Pion Auto for my recently purchased 3/4 ton pickup. This was by far the easiest and simplest time I've ever had buying a truck from the beginning to the end. Tom Pion recently purchased 3/4 ton pickup. This was by far the easiest and simplest time I've ever had buying a truck from the beginning to the end. Tom Pion who is there internet manager responded to my email extremely fast and not only answered all of my questions but gave me tons of information and photos of the truck I was looking at. I scheduled an appoinment online and met Carl Goldburg who was outstanding. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and had everything I needed. They appraised my truck gave me the figures and that was it! I didnt need to haggle over price they gave my exactly what I wanted. I will never I repeat I will never go anywhere for sales or service other than Bob Pion. Thanks again guys and I'll be sure to send business over you way. By the way I absolutely love my truck and have been getting compliments on it everywhere! More

I've been going to Bob Pion Buick Pontiac GMC for years and years since they were on Front Street! There service and sales was good there but since being on Memorial Drive they become even better! I mean I went in there and they came up to me right away greeted me but I didnt feel pressured, I really felt as if they were concerned about my well being not about how much they were going to sell the car for, and honestly that makes all the difference to me. Im sick of these big car dealers chewing you up and spitting you out. That didnt even remember my name and I was in the day before! Enough of the big guys who I wont mention because I dont want to give them the satisfaction. As a female consumer I admit I sometimes feel a little pressured or having a salesman be overbearing. When I walked through the doors of Bob Pion I fealt none of that. I was greeted by not only Sara (who is the nicest sales person I've ever dealt with, but I was also greeted by the sales manager and even the owner said hello! Now, I dont know many places you can still go and get a genuine greeting from not only the employees but also the owner. Sara did an exceptional job going over all the information and even went out of her way to locate a car almost 200 miles away, just for me! There slogan really says it all..come experience the difference...WELL IM GLAD I DID THANKS GUYS AND SARA More

I had a great car buying experience at Bob Pion Buick Pontiac GMC. I had been referred by a friend and geez am I glad!! Not only were they helpful and courteous, there was no pushing or pressuring!
