I brought my 2017 Passat S back in for a routine oil change, and what happened next is exactly why I trust Chandi with my vehicle. About a year ago, he identified and documented a potential cam cradle issue during a previous visit. Rather than simply moving on and forgetting about it, he kept detailed records and notes. When I came back this time, Chandi immediately remembered the situation, reviewed the documentation from the prior visit, and proactively contacted my extended warranty company. Because of his thoroughness, attention to detail, and persistence, he was able to get multiple repairs approved and completed before my warranty expires in about 2,000 miles. The result? More than $4,000 in repairs covered that would have otherwise come out of my pocket. What impresses me most is that Chandi doesn’t just process repair orders—he genuinely looks out for his customers’ long-term interests. My goal has always been to keep this Passat on the road until at least 250,000 miles, and Chandi has consistently helped me make smart maintenance decisions that support that goal. He understands the vehicle, understands warranty coverage, and most importantly, understands customer service. In an industry where many people assume dealerships are only interested in selling more work, Chandi proves the exact opposite. He advocates for his customers, keeps meticulous records, communicates clearly, and thinks ahead. Chandi, my service adviser, was not only extremely pleasant and professional, but he also went to bat for me with my extended warranty company. He made sure they honored the extra insurance I’d been paying for, saving me a huge headache and expense. On top of that, the entire service process was quick and seamless. Chandi even arranged an Uber so I could get around while my car was in the shop, and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready to go. After this fantastic experience, I’m definitely switching from Oklahoma City VW to Bob Moore VW for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Five stars all the way! More

Some staff were friendly and kind so I won't give them 1 star, but... The service department is AWFUL. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at (because they said if I did there would be no wait) But star, but... The service department is AWFUL. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at (because they said if I did there would be no wait) But when my appointment time came, they said it would be four days before they could get to it. When I finally dropped it off I told them my fuel mileage had dropped and that it would struggle to start then die. When I picked it up, my paperwork showed what the tech notated as far as issues are concerned was that my fuel economy had dropped. Nothing about the starting issue. Now my speed sensor is bad. The sensor that's I the same area as my fuel system which they flushed to "fix" my issue. The next thing I know, they want to charge me $500 to fix something that wasn't broken before they worked on it. And (no surprise) she still has starting issues and is leaking along where the fuel line takes fuel to the engine block. Don't take your care here. They don't listen they don't care all they want to do is make a buck at your expense. On the bright side I got a free water bottle. It was a sweet gesture at the time, but that's all I have to say in favor of Samuel Allen of Edmond. More

He was not only able to make sure my 3 recalls were checked out and completed, he made sure of multiple other issues I had going on were fixed. He told me I had a bulge in my tire and to come back and he would get in immediately and my new tire fixed. He stuck to his word and got me right in. The staff was wonderful, they were just VERY short handed. The fixed op manager was very understanding of our frustration with a warrantied item compromising (damaging) an unwarrantied item.
